Formed in 1983 by Chris and Judith Lodge as The Chris Lodge Consultancy. Chris had worked in a well known Cardiff Headquartered Architectural Practice for twelve years leading ultimately, holding Associate status whilst qualifying part time to become a Chartered Surveyor and Builder.
The Consultancy grew rapidly during its first 10 years offering a wide range of services to both Public and Private Clients. Due to this rapid growth, the Consultancy moved its offices three times, eventually moving to its current headquarters in Rhiwbina where it has operated for 25 years.
